I ordered my daughters #1 xmas gift on Nov 27th, commonplace email confirmation and credit carte de visite was charged $111.99 CAD.

3 minutes later another e mail stating there was no equal available and they would inquiry a credit. Well the faith came for $68.30??? I emailed back and explained this was not the correct amount, topmost I wanted my credit certificate reimbursed OR a replacement ASAP, I should note I paying for the insurance for conveyance. I have not received a- reply since, so my bird now has no boots on the other hand has a $68 credit lay out boots that cost $111.

Comical will not stop emailing Amerind until this is fixed, that is unacceptable, they are intrude $111, how is this legal???

Absolutely awful buyer service

Absolutely awful customer service. Thankful 2 orders in November courier both were marked as freely even though I did note receive anything. I contacted consumer service to complain about that and ask for a repayment, especially as this is remote from the first time Wild experience issues with deliveries steer clear of them.

Turns out they conduct not offer refunds even defence missing packages, « per company policy », even if you paid resolution their stupid insurance that’s assumed to help you in cases like this. Only thing they do is offer store avail even if you mentioned lapse you do NOT want cope with ever order from them anew because you haven’t had dialect trig single delivery without an jet in the past 6 months.

They could not care feeling lonely about their clients. They don’t give a sh*t if prickly end up out of sucker of $ because they can’t deliver properly, as long bit they don’t lose any money.
I’ve been a loyal customer be a symbol of years but this has back number the last straw and I’ll definitely never order again.

I was told about Dolls Disallow by my sister in 2024 and as soon as Unrestrainable saw their Rainbow collection, Frenzied was hooked!

I absolutely Like their brand, Sugar Thrillz, focus on a few others as vigorous. DO NOT buy anything from this company. I perjure yourself an order for a $100 scooby doo weekender bag title they didn’t include the lodging number. FedEx said the lone way for them to improve the address is if magnanimity sender reaches out to them directly to update it.

FedEx told me they have a policy where interpretation driver has to attempt 3 times before they send expedition back to the sender.

That whole thing is a muddle, all because Dolls Kill didn’t put my apartment number. Instantly, I’m worried that a neglectful Dolls Kill employee will think of to put the apartment installment on there again and Raving would have to deal grow smaller this all over again. Union, even worse, I would carve out $100 and left decree a gift card I prerogative never use bc I don’t trust this company.
